If the product you purchased at Accelerated Aesthetics did not meet your expectations, please feel free to contact our Support Team.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS
- To Start A Return
you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be Eligible For A Refund
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds / Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll get store credit for the amount of your order.
- Adding Products to an Existing Order
We are always willing to help as much as we can, if its been more than 24 hours of purchase or your first initial order has received a tracking number, we will not be able to add any more items to your original purchase.
More to know:
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 20 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
- Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
- Prior authorization is required on all returns.
- We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase.
